Integration Netherlands in 3D with IFC and solar study

We have been researching the integration of the "Netherlands in 3D" project (see article TU Delft & website NL in 3D. Note: the NL in 3D website is in Dutch only) with our IFC viewer and solar study. The latter gives these projects an extra dimension. Enjoy our beautiful technology in this nice video.

The communication tool in BIMkeeper

During the building management process, communication can be completely managed within BIMkeeper. The communication tool enables users to communicate directly about various topics, such as repair requests, work orders, or quotation requests. As a result, manually sending e-mails is no longer necessary.

Multiple participants can be added to each conversation, so that all parties are immediately kept up-to-date with the latest information regarding a particular subject.

BIMLegal - prize winning idea was developed by IRP

IRP created in BIMkeeper a maintenance planning (LTMP) overview for the entire portfolio, per region or selection of complexes. And of course this is also supported in 3D. All work for the upcoming years is clearly displayed. Just check it out. 

Revisions: IRP visualizes differences of IFC files in 3D

IRP presents new powerful 3D tool for visualizing the differences in geometry between versions of IFC-files. Especially when buildings are under development, new 3D models are regularly delivered. Then of course everyone involved wants to know what exactly has changed.

BIMLegal wins prize for making info easy accessible.

BIMlegal makes complex legal information easily accessible by using a 3D BIM model. Nice collaboration between BPD, notary offices Hermans en Schuttevaer and Westport Notarissen and IRP (Bimkeeper). First place in the Gouden Zandlopers and 3rd in the Computable Awards (partner projects).

We have developed a project management tool for BIM

Our project management tool facilitates the process of BIM modeling.

Our BIM technology used for sale appartments

For the first time our BIM viewer is used in the process of selling apartments. It is a project from BPD (large development company) for the project "Baken van Narva".

Measure tool improved

We have made big improvements in the viewer's measure tool. You can now more easily and precisely make angles of 90° degrees. Additionally, with the expanded snapping feature, it is possible to precisely connect the measure tool to the edges of objects (e.g. walls).

Sensors: new functionality to customize colour maps

We developed a new module with a powerful editor, where you can manage the colour map/gradient for sensor readings. It is now also possible to specify a different colour map for different rooms.

New selection mode (outline)

A new selection visualization type has been added to the viewer. This displays an outline of the object, and renders the object itself on top of what you’re viewing.

New element tree component

We’ve completely rewritten and revised the element tree in the left pane of the viewer. Improved performance, navigation, and (multi) selection features.

OGDB is an online collaboration platform for the development and maintenance of real estate. And a perfect tool for chain integration.
